I practice the Usui System of Reiki Healing, an ancient relaxation and healing technique that uses the Universal life force energy to balance the subtle energies within our bodies.

 

As a Reiki practitioner, I am a conduit or channel through which Reiki energy (universal consciousness/spirit/love can travel.

 

The reported benefits of receiving Reiki are a more balanced physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being.

Our breath is one of our most powerful medicines. So much so, Pranayama (prana = energy), one of the 8 limbs of Yoga, centers on the transformative power of breath.

I guide my clients using a breathwork technique created by David Elliot, interwoven with teachings from various modalities and wisdom I’ve gained through indigenous plant medicine traditions. This approach creates a sacred space to release buried emotions and invite profound healing.
