Reiki Healing Session
What is Reiki? Reiki, pronounced "Ray-Key," comes from the Japanese characters Rei meaning "universal" and Ki, meaning "life force."
My Reiki practice is based on the Usui System of Reiki Healing, an ancient relaxation and healing technique that uses Universal life force energy to balance the subtle energies within our bodies.
As my study and practice have evolved, so have my Reiki sessions. I now incorporate teachings and tools from other traditions to call upon different elements of nature.
What hasn't changed is my role in the session; I am there to hold a safe container for the experience and to serve as a pure and loving channel through which Reiki energy travels through.

"I've always wanted to receive Reiki healing but never rushed it because I knew when the time was right I would meet the right vessel to aid me in my growth, healing and evolution.
