Let's Pause for a Minute

Have you taken a few deep, conscious breaths today? 

Even if you have, I invite you to do it right now. Get in a comfortable seated position, take a slow, deep breath through your nose, and exhale through your mouth - calmly, deliberately, and steadily. Completely empty out your lungs. 

 

Repeat this three more times with your eyes closed.

Now notice - how do you feel?
