My Story

Hello There Beautiful Soul,

I am Dali, and I am so grateful to connect with you today.
 

Labels don't define me, but if I had to choose a few, I would say - I am a Boricua, Scorpio Sun/Sag Moon, Medicine Woman,  Plant Medicine Student, and lover of many things - music, travel, dance, authenticity, spirituality, books, animals, nature, food, duality, astrology, and transformation.

Over the last five years, I was diagnosed with a chronic di-sease, quit my corporate job, graduated from my first yoga teacher training (YTT), and trained in different healing modalities such as Reiki, Breathwork, Marma, and Thai Yoga Therapy. I sold my beloved home in the States, lost my best friend in the world, divorced, and received the news of my mom's Alzheimer's diagnosis.

Going through these life experiences taught me so much and ultimately led me to leave everything I knew behind to study plant medicine in Costa Rica. This study has further crystallized the importance of balancing expansion with integration and full embodiment when embarking on any healing or transformation journey. 

My calling is to live a life of service, to provide a safe space for people to unravel, be seen, heard, and be empowered to live a life of authenticity and complete alignment with their desires.

We are all healers and our best teachers; all we need is to be reminded of this fact. It is our birthright to live healthy, beautiful, magical, empowered, and whole lives; this is my wish for every single soul that crosses my path.
