There Are Many Ways to Bring People Together.
If you're dreaming of creating something that feels beautiful, meaningful, and unmistakably your own, I'd love to help you weave together the experience surrounding your time at La Matriztica.
You bring your community.
I'll introduce you to mine.
I've never been interested in building a contact list.
I've always been interested in cultivating community.
The kind rooted in trust.
In generosity.
In people who genuinely love what they do.
Over the years, Playa Negra has introduced me to an extraordinary community of chefs, practitioners, artists, musicians, photographers, guides, and small business owners who have enriched my life in countless ways.
When we collaborate, I get to share my world with you.

Think of me as your local creative partner.

Tell Me About the Gathering You're Dreaming Of.
I begin with your people…
Who are they?
What brought them together?
Why now?
And then…reality arrives. The logistics. The details. The overwhelm. This is where most retreats never materialize.
Why? Because a gathering asks so much of the person who dreamed it up.
Flights.
Airport pickups.
Medical forms.
Dietary restrictions.
Accommodations.
Schedules.
Reservations.
Last-minute changes.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that...
you're still hoping to be fully present with the people you invited.
But imagine arriving with your heart at ease, knowing every detail - every ride, every room, every plate at the table - has been lovingly arranged by the hands of the people I trust the most?
My role is to help carry everything that happens behind the scenes - the planning, the coordination, and the countless moving pieces - so you can stay connected to your people and to the reason you brought them together in the first place.
Once the vision is clear, we begin giving it shape.

Why This Work Feels So Natural to Me
Costa Rica has introduced me to some of the most extraordinary people I've ever known.
People who create beauty with their hands.
People who cook with love.
People who welcome strangers like old friends.
People whose work comes from years of devotion to their craft.
Over time, those introductions became friendships.
That community became home.
When we work together, you're not simply gaining recommendations.
You're stepping into a community I've spent years getting to know, trust, and genuinely love.
I think that's one of the most meaningful things I bring to this collaboration.
