Our moon ceremony is a sacred gathering where we, through different modalities, create a safe space where women reconnect with their natural rhythms, balance their feminine energy centers, and celebrate their divine femininity.

Moon Ceremony Overview:
​The Moon Ceremony is a unique and sacred gathering that draws on the deep connection between a woman's menstrual cycle and the phases of the moon. It provides a safe and sacred space for women to reconnect with their natural rhythms, embrace their wombs, and celebrate their divine feminine energy.
Our Offerings
Opening Circle:
Sharing Menarche Stories: We begin by having each participant share their menarche (first bleed) story.

Phases and Archetypes of Menstruation: We educate women about the different phases and archetypes of the menstrual cycle, creating awareness of our connection with nature, its cycles, seasons, and the moon.
Shamanic Breathwork:
This guided breathwork session connects participants to their bodies and womb space, releases any stagnant energy, and harmonizes all energy centers. It promotes integration and healing and prepares participants for the more profound work to follow.
Womb Energy Healing:
With permission from our grandmothers, teachers, and nature, we open a sacred container to channel high-vibrational energy. Each participant receives a womb energy healing on a 1:1 basis. This healing practice cleanses and balances each participant, fostering a deep spiritual connection to their wombs, feminine energy, self-love, self-acceptance, and power.
Celebration Through Dance:
We end the ceremony with expressive movement and ecstatic dancing. This powerful practice releases emotions, transmutes energies, and celebrates our bodies and their divine expression.

Meet the Facilitators
Raquel and I come from different backgrounds, but we have been blessed to connect through the study of plant medicine, specifically Ayahuasca and the tradition of the Yagé. We have a combined 12 years of study about the womb, the menstrual cycle, its phases, and archetypes. We wholeheartedly believe a woman's moon cycle is a profound healing ceremony and a pillar for embodiment, empowerment, and integration.
