If you're someone who is always holding space, guiding, and supporting others...
this is for you.
There comes a time to allow yourself to rest, to receive, and to be deeply cared for, the way you so often care for others.
This small, intimate experience centers around Ayahuasca ceremonies guided by Brad and Sarah of La Matriztica. It's designed especially for those who give so much to be able to slow down, connect, rest, and discover the power of this medicine in a safe, supportive, expertly held space, especially for first-time drinkers.
Rest & Remembrance was created as a welcoming pause, a chance to step out of service and into receiving.
Held in Playa Negra, Costa Rica, this offering is intentionally small, allowing for a more personal and supportive environment for everyone involved.

The Retreat
Around the ceremonies, we create a retreat rhythm rooted in nourishment, spaciousness, rest, nature, music, prayer, integration, and genuine support.

The intention is not to overfill the days with activities or stimulation, but to create an environment where people can settle, receive, process, and move through their journey with care.

The Rhythm
This retreat is intentionally spacious. The days around ceremony are not filled with constant activities or stimulation. We believe the body and nervous system need time to settle, process, and receive.

Rest.
Sleep.
Good food.
Nature.
Connection.
Integration.

There is a different kind of depth that becomes available when there is enough space to truly listen.

Brad & Sarah

For over a decade, Brad and Sarah have devoted themselves to walking in relationship with Grandmother Ayahuasca, a sacred and ancient teacher, supporting thousands of people through ceremony.

Their work is rooted in reverence, integrity, presence, and deep respect for the medicine and the process each person enters when sitting in ceremony.

Together, they create a grounded and carefully held ceremonial space that allows people to move through profound experiences with clarity, safety, and support. Their approach is not centered on performance or spiritual theatrics, but on creating the conditions for genuine transformation, self-inquiry, remembrance, and connection.

Together, their intention is simple: to hold this work with honesty, humility, reverence, and heart.
